The formula
HI = 100 · (1 − e−(2a + 3b + 5c) / (10·(1 + d)))
Each vetoed tool counts more than a derailed meeting, and every project the person ships with AI pulls the score down. The curve flattens near 100%, because nobody can hate more than 100%. Bryan disputes this.
